Dr. Mihalcik is trained in the use of 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), high-dose rate brachytherapy, permanent interstitial brachytherapy and proton therapy. He treats a broad range of cancers with a special interest in pediatric malignancies and cancers of the gastrointestinal and genitourinary systems.
Dr. Mihalcik spends his leisure time with his family and friends and enjoys time outdoors, gardening, hiking, reading and exploring new music.
